Meeting Room Specifications
All meeting rooms at Lied Lodge & Conference Center are furnished with high-speed wireless internet, tackable wall surfaces, individual climate controls, glassware, water service, pencils, writing pads and candy dishes. Conference level meetings can easily access the Break Bar and Business Office throughout the day.
Here's a quick preview of our conference space.
- West Assembly is located on our conference level and overlooks our hazelnut fields. It features a fireplace and breaks down into up to four smaller rooms for team or group building.
- Marcotte Room is located behind our conference level fireplace, opens into our hazelnut fields, and is great for intimate parties or smaller groups.
- Steinhart Room is located on our conference level and overlooks our hazelnut fields. It has a 7' 4" x 11' built-in rear projection screen for large groups or can be broken down into up to four smaller rooms for team or group building.
- Terrace Room is located on our lobby level and overlooks Arbor Lodge, the historical mansion of J. Sterling Morton, founder of Arbor Day. It breaks down into two smaller rooms for team or group building.
- Boardroom is located on the top floor of the conference center, and is ideal for small teams or groups. It features French doors that open to a tree-top view of our arboretum and Wildwood Park.
- Steinhart Lodge is located within walking distance to Lied Lodge & Conference Center and is available for groups of up to 200 people. It serves as a unique meeting and dining facility for groups or works well as exhibit space.
